Corn
Get yourself
how many ears of corn in the husk you want. Pull back,
but don't pull off the husks. Remove the silk and
rewrap the corn. Now, this is the way I do it. *Fill
a five gallon bucket with water, if you have about
2 dozen ears, and add 1/2 cup of sugar. Soak the ears
for about 2 hours. Roast on the grill off the heat
with the lid closed for 20 to 30 minutes turning several
times during the cooking process.
Serve with
butter, salt and pepper if that's the way you like
it! That's all there is to it!!
* If you
have 6 ears, just use a pot and maybe 4 tablespoons
of sugar and grill for 15 to 20 minutes.
