On a sheet
of heavy duty aluminum foil, place a peeled onion.
Drizzle a smigeon od vegetable oil over the top. Take
a pinch of my dry rub, a pinch of a broken up and
pounded up beef boullion cube and sprinkle over the
onion. Finally, a drop of liquid smoke.
onion up in the tin foil, and twist the top of the
foil like a Hersheys chocolate kiss. Grill on the
heat directly turning every minute or so until all
sides are completely grilled. Then, take off the heat
and grill for 20 to 30 minutes. If you have 5 people,
do 5 small onions like this. There is no onion breath
with this treat, however, it is a treat best eaten
