Irish Potatoes

6 medium potatoes
1 green pepper, diced
1 onion, chopped
Kieto's Dry Rub Seasoning
1/4 cup melted butter

Peel the potatoes and cut into lengthwise quarters. Place each potato on a 14 inch sheet of aluminum foil and sprinkle with diced pepper, onion and seasoning. Fold up the edges and pour the butter equally over each potato. Seal the foil and place on the grill. Cook off the heat with the lid closed, for 17 minutes. You may also use the warming shelf, if you have one, on low, for 2 minutes. (The size of the potato used will influence the cooking time.) Turn the potatoes several times. Serve in foil packets but don't eat until you take the foil off!
