Low Carb. Vanilla Cappuccino
Makes 2 glasses.
3.3 carbs. per glass.

You will need a blender for this.

Ingredients:
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 coffee cup of water
2 Tbs. water
2 packets Sweet-n-Low
coffee & creamer to taste
10 large ice cubes
lowest Carb. Cool Whip you can find

Fill coffee cup with water and heat in microwave until hot (at least 3 mins.).

Dissolve Sweet-n-Low in the 2 Tbs. of water and pour into blender.

Put ice cubes in blender. Using the pulse setting, chop them up until fine.

Mix coffee, creamer and vanilla in hot water.

Pour into blender with blended ice.

Add 2 Tbs Cool Whip.

Blend on whip setting for about 30 seconds.

Pour into 2 glasses. Add 1 Tbs. Cool whip to top of drink.

Note:
Instead of coffee you could use chocolate drink mix or syrup, or strawberry mix or syrup, but this will add to your carb. intake. You could also use different extracts instead of vanilla.
