1st American Idol Show of 2010

Well, we all knew it was gonna be this and that. There’s always the bad singers. It makes good TV I guess.

I loved the way it started. “NO!! I’M THE NEXT AMERICAN IDOL.!!!” lol

Over 9000 people showed up for the first audition in Houston. Victoria Beckam was the guest judge. Heck, I’d be nervous.

The fist gal that sang, to me, set the stage for the first 8 or 10 shows. Drama, drama, drama!! Then there’s the hard life stories. hmmm. The 2nd gal, Matty was chosen and she was alright. The next guy was a nut. He sang Womanizer. Then there was a bunch of pretty good singers.

Then, on to BOSTON.

OMG. An Italian dude. lol. And he got through. Then, it was…. tears… tears… and more tears. Got to feel for them though. But there’s something to be said about setting your expectations above the reality.

Luke Shaffer and Benjamin Bright. Keep an eye out for those guys. This rude guy that had an attitude should have been let go 2 seconds after he walked into the door. But thats me.

Then more stories came. I guess that is the appeal of the show for some. They are interesting and gives insight to some of the people on the show who make it through to the next round.

Ashley Rodrigues did a good job. Look for her to be up there as well as Tyler Grady.

Mike Davis was alright and made it through.
