One of my favorite shows. I would imagine they hand pick these folks that screw up a restaurant by an over explosive personality not good for a restaurant. Usually at the end of the show, there are hugs and kisses and thank yous. We’ll see how this first show shot at a New Jersey restaurant… Flamangos.
Chef Ramsey get’s an mouthful, earful, and well, I would have left long before he did. That’s just from the opening.
This one was really interesting because nobody got along. Sheesh. Even the wife was cutting down the husband. He’s supposed to be retired and he’s running all over the place.
The restaurant business is crazy anyway, but all these people look like a heart ready to happen. The screaming, the yelling, the name calling… no place like that can survive. Then when the customers come in, it’s even worse.
Chef Ramsey took the bull by the horns and got rid of all the junk in the place but that ain’t gonna make the food taste better. We’ll see what he does with the menu.
But first, he burns everything, spends thousands of dollars fixing it up. Everyone comes in and is excited and happy of the new look, but the old bag hates it. She has a major problem. She doesn’t see the big picture. Oh well.
The lady doesn’t have a clue. She doesn’t like anything and is doing her best to throw a monkey wrench into the works.
The people on the floor, in the kitchen, the husband and even the customers are really into everything. Then she goes around speaking trash to the customers who are trying to have a good time. She’ll learn the hard way. We’ll see.
With the menu change, restaurant name change to ‘The Junction’ and the attitude change in the lady, sorry I called her an old bag, the restaurant was a success. Halleluia. Good show.
